Muscle Soothing Bath Salts
1 cup kosher or sea salt
1 cup baking soda
1 cup Epsom salt
a couple of drops of essential oils for scent.
Mix together all ingredients & pour into a clean, dry container.
Pour 1 cup of the mixture into a warm tub slowly, allowing the salts to dissolve completely. Soak for at least 20 minutes.
Raw Sugar Body Scrub
1 cup raw cane or Demerara sugar
1/2 cup light oil, such as almond or sunflower
1/2 tsp vitamin E oil.
Mix together all ingredients & pour into a clean container. Massage a tablespoon or two at a time all over the body to gently exfoliate and moisturize the skin.
1/4 cup grated cocoa butter
1 tbsp. coconut oil
2 tbsp. light sesame oil
1 tbsp. almond oil
1 tbsp. grated beeswax
Combine all ingredients in a heat resistant container. In a double boiler, gently heat until the mixture just begins to melt.
Remove from heat and stir well to melt and mix together. Pour into a clean container & allow to cool completely.
Spread a small amount of the body butter on the skin to condition skin.
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup mild natural liquid soap ( such as dr. Bronners castile soap)
1/2 tsp light vegetable oil(optional)
Gently stir all the ingredients together, being careful not to beat the mixture or it will create foam.
Pour the shampoo into a clean plastic container. Shampoo as normal, rinse well. Makes 8 ounces
Turmeric TeaThis is an Ayurvedic turmeric tea recipe that is believed to aid in joint pain relief. It is thought
to lubricate the joints & is recommended for arthritis, bursitis & tendonitis sufferers.
1/4 cup spring or distilled water
1/8 tsp termeric powder
3 cardamom pods
1 cup whole organic milk
2 tbsp cold-pressed almond oil
honey or maple syrup to taste
Bring water to boil. Add turmeric & cardamom. Reduce het & simmer 5-10 min.
Add milk & almond oil. Heat just to boiling, but do not allow to come to a full boil.
Remove from heat & strain into a coffee mug. Add honey or maple syrup to sweeten if desired.
Strawberry Hemp Smoothalicious
1 cup ice cold vanilla hemp milk
1 cup chilled sliced ripe strawberries
1-2 tsp fruit juice to taste.
Blend until smooth

Blue Mango Heaven
Add 1/4 - 1/2 cup frozen mango, 1/3 - 1/2 cup blueberries to basic energy first recipe.
